I'm not a Phil defender but my interpretation of his comments was that he knew what kind of player he would draft not necessarily the exact person.

Yeah, it was a bit bizarre, right? I thought so too.. I mean us all saying stuff is one thing but to hear our illustrious leader come out and talk like he's got his mind made up like that??? It comes off lazy--like he doesn't care to put the upcoming work in going through the process...I bet that's not true, can't be true but it just sounded off. Part of the reason I'm really looking forward to hearing he and Mills out Weds. night:

I agree. S3231 presented a different version from the media. I thought it was pretty cool that S3231 taped it. Would have done the same thing
