Knicks · Jahil Okafor--video with NO leg brace or injury (page 1)

Wanted to remind folks that Okafor played half this season with a huge wrap on his leg after he got hurt. If you look at video--you can see a more explosive player playing without the brace. You can see he gets better lift and has more mobility. He just got over used on a bum leg that never healed. He looked very skinny on that video from ESPN last week--looked like he was 263-267 around there--like hed been training hard.

I think by now, we all know what this kid can do from inside 10 feet of the basket. He has a wonderful lowpost game and can pass the ball. In the NBA defensive coaches can find a way to minimize his touches and render him useless on the floor

1969--It's all about putting the player in the right position. At 6-10.5 267 pounds at the 4--there will a limited amount of players who can check Jahill 1-1. Al Jefferson seems to get the ball just fine.

fishmike--true! He played how many minutes this year without a leg brace and double teams? Who does he look like in this video? I dont have to answer that. And while he might not be that guy--I think you can see with more mobility what he has the ability to do--also looks like a savvy passer.

Yes because the best scorers in the game simply have no answer to that.

I think we'll see a completely different Okafor by the time the Combine comes around. Usually these kids get to work with pro trainers and dieticians who can get them right.

Yeah but what about his release point
