I don't like Shved outside of vet min or room exception money

Demarre Carrol is a nice player but he is a 3/4 only who is already 29.

Absolutely I want Cole a back. Let's say Koufus 6.5 mm Cole 1.75 Thabeet 1mms. That's less then Lopez would make by himself. Yellow this year all the teams will use full mleand the 14 teams with additional cap space will all use it. Some of the contracts will be bid up. Carroll is clearly clearly a smart pick up

If we get towns I'd still go after koufus and cole

Just imagine we start the season 1-4 with those signings..Phil and Fish won't make it to New Years Day..

Knicks need an experienced rim protector thats a true Center. No rookie Center is coming out of this draft and making us contenders. I don't see any of them having immediate impacts

Marc Gasol is most likely staying in Memphis. He's not young and very expensive which would leave us with less than 10mil to build. DeAndre Jordan just doesn't make sense. LaMarcus & Greg Monroe are power forwards and will also leave the Knicks with little room to build

The only Centers that are unrestricted that Knicks can get at a bargain is RoLo, Koufos, Ajinca, and Asik. IMO, Knicks should go after Koufos. Y'all should check out his per 36 numbers. He's a great rim protector that can average nearly 2 blocks per game, young, rugged, very mobile, got bounce, and is able to average a double x double as a starter. Most importantly, he's cheap. I'll take Ajinca as a backup over Aldrich for 1 mil.

The other unrestricted free agent the Knicks should go after at shooting guard is Danny Green IMO. He's a great defender, can shoot, and played in a system similar to the triangle. Wes Matthews injury concerns me and wouldn't be able to play till the end of the year.

Koufos, Danny, & Ajinca are worth about 15mil which would leave the Knicks about 11mil to spend. Knicks need an experienced power forward. What experienced power forwards are out there? Paul Millsap and Amir Johnson comes to mind. Anyone else? Amir seems to be cheep for about 8mil

I think Galloway is just fine as the Knicks starting pg. Shved could be a good backup.
