i want Kristaps, but i think we'll get Mudiay, and be totally disapointed and he'll be a slug.

With the smoothest jumper this side of the nba draft workouts
There are almost as many perverts as Stein fans!

I think we make a trade and i think it will be with Denver for Lawson and the 7th pick and probably some other pieces to make it work.
So as of right it looks as if we want Mudiay or whoever slips because some team picks Porzingis. This is not good. Mudiay is not the BPA at 4 if the first 3 picks go as predicted. Not unless we trade him, in the Triangle if you cannot make a shot, any shot you will suck. Yes , if someone slips we take him, but if no one does I think we will take Porzingis. Two way player, best shooting big man in the draft, no one comes close as far as big men are concerned. Work ethic, lives for the game, what's not to like?

No way Jose. He has the work ethic and the drive , he comes from a family of basketball culture. He would not let his family down

Over and over again the Knicks overpay one dimensional so called stars who are more interested in taking them to the cleaners than they are in winning anything. And then we have to justify our decisions with that baggage in mind. And we wonder why this franchise never goes anywhere.
Curry, Marbury, Amare, Melo, heck even H20
What a sorry @$$ franchise....</puke>

thats a nice slogan but still not convinced although he does have talent
Option 1: Trade up to get D'Angelo Russell, by any means necessary.
Option 2: Select and trade Mudiay (as well as Jose Calderon) to the Suns for Bledsoe and the 13th, hoping that Mario Hezonja slips or that Frank Kaminsky is available.

Turner and payne and grant are solid options as well....in the 13 range.
I doubt he trades up for russell.....towns is a different story.

Yeah, I definitely want Jerian Grant who I view as the ideal PG for the triangle but I think he'd be available much later in the 1st round (probably until 18th when the Rockets are on the clock). The only way I'd consider him at that point would be to trade down, possibly for the Celtics' 16th and 28th picks.
I'll admit though that I haven't been paying too much attention to Payne but I do believe the hype. He can shoot but I feel like he'd be marginalized in this system, which would make him less valuable to us than other players that would be available at that point.
