Can't wait for the Phil supporters to go nuts to a Monroe signing..

We have to wait and see what Phil actually does. We don't know who he is gonna actually bring in now. Maybe Monroe is one of the guys. Maybe it's someone else. Maybe he goes after Carroll or Danny Green. Maybe he goes after Khris Middleton and Gasol. We just don't know.

It's been a year and he has been screwing up and you are still waiting..
So free agents come if they take Stein, Mudiay, Frank? Not sure what you were hoping for. Kristaps, Grant and Hernangomez don't meet your approval? This seems like Phil hate but I might be wrong.
Please no Monroe. As far as I'm concerned, Monroe, melo KP is no different than melo amare bargs

Guarantee that if this was the draft that Pop had with the Spurs these guys would be saying how he's gonna turn Kris into the next Duncan and how he is so good at getting all these foreign players. Phil said when he came that he was gonna build a franchise like the Spurs and people just haven't been listening. He's doing exactly what he said he was gonna do.

At this point call it what you want..I used to try to explain the nuance of questioning his actions..Whatever..U see NBA players on the panel scratching their heads..Maybe they are haters too..
People will find a way to complain about anything. Shut up.

I think the Knicks did very well in rd 1. How can anyone dismiss Kristaps? Im a very straight shooter Kristaps is a unique player. If he is schooled in the post he could be an unstoppable force--he has the potential to be the best player in the draft---what else can you ask for
I think Grant was a solid pick not spectacular but solid tight for what we want to do.
I dont see free agents looking at the draft--I dont think they care about that. Money is the main ingredient.
We don't need big name signings
We need a back up SF
Back Up PF
and a Starting C
If the spanish dude is going to get stashed then we need a back up/reserve C

WTF do they know about winning compared to Phil? They don't know ISH! Just cuz they're on a panel and someone sticks a mic in front of them doesn't make them experts. This is what's wrong with many NY fans and especially the Media. They have a lack of respect for Phil which actually they would do this for anyone that came to NY. If they come here they immediately lose all credibility and everything they've done goes out the window. All those playoff runs and titles suddenly disappear and he's just another bum. PLEASE!
He's the only one in NY that really knows about winning in the last 20+ years. BETTER RECOGNIZE!!!
Those spots could easily be
Jae Crowder
Cliff Alaxander/Christian Wood
Asik/Robin Lopez/ Ajinca
You can't level with people like this. All they do is complain, they don't know how to take success. This draft was a huge step forward for the Knicks, anybody who says its not does not know basketball.

The complaints about him are about his weight/physical strength. His scouting report talks about his ability to play defense.
On the defensive side he’s really effective as a weak side defender, with his quickness and athleticism he can cover a lot of space in a few steps to alter or block shots ... Furthermore his lateral mobility makes him a solid P&R defender, a key skill for a big man, especially at NBA level ... His footwork also allows him to switch onto the guards forcing them to take difficult shots ... Born in August of 1995

Some one started a thread a few months ago about the Lakers were ahead of the Knicks and people laughed..Not so funny now huh..
