Can the intern do a webinar on how to post tweets correctly?
TPercy @ 7/1/2015 12:49 AM
Wow, close to 7 million a year.
yellowboy90 @ 7/1/2015 12:53 AM
man its on. This is going to get scary.
BRIGGS @ 7/1/2015 1:22 AM
4 years 30mm will be lower than the new MLE in 2 years.
BRIGGS @ 7/1/2015 1:22 AM
I wonder if vet minimums and rookie scales are going to move up seems like the cap is lopsided towards top end players to the extreme.
JacobKubacki @ 7/1/2015 5:22 AM
Portland is going to defend well.
callmened @ 7/1/2015 8:13 AM
very important in regards to the knicks. that means wings like d. carroll could/should ask for double that price

paste the web address into the message, hightlight it, then hit the "tweet" button, located in the same area where you've been hitting "quote"

The Knicks are in serious trouble.

Kris Middleton is a solid role player and he's about to get 14MM from the Bucks.

I think you just have to overpay everyone and lock in role playing talent, since we don't have our pick next year and put together a competitive team and make your pitch to different free agents next season.

I agree but don't forget teams that are not major market teams have to overpay. Also cold weather teams which includes us. But we still have the marketing edge to help.

This is what some of us have been saying. Free Agency is about overpaying. It's not just the Knicks but all teams are fighting each other and that drives up prices. This idea that we can just low ball players cuz someone thinks they're not worth a certain amount doesn't work. This is FA Thunderdome. Only one team wins and they fight dirty.
BigDaddyG @ 7/1/2015 9:22 AM
It's signings like this that will make it hard for me to take anything the owner's say at face value when the next lockout comes rolling around.

That might mean Harris is available.
Knixkik @ 7/1/2015 10:12 AM
Times have changed. Monroe is absolutely worth the max. 16 mil a year for him would be a steal. And afflalo will likely get his 12 mil per year. Seems to be the going rate for a 2nd or 3rd tier 2-way wing.

At this point do we really want Harris? Porzingis seems to be the long-term forward next to Melo. Not sure if there's a spot for him anymore.
