Knicks · Jeremy Tyler Crushes It In Summer League (page 2)

I was hoping this thread was about Jeremy Tyler crushing (I)siah (T)homas at Summer League.
I'm hoping someday that smarmy guy gets his justice.

PF, PF/C, Centers still available
===========================================

Josh Smith
Andray Blatche
likely need 2.8m or more for Smith/Blatche

Serephin
Darrel Arthur

Justin Hamilton

Edoh
Brandon Davies

D League
=============
Jeremy Tyler *maturity and work ethic, are his weakness's, while he has a mid range game, post game, good athleticism/mobility/reach/versatility to play PF/C

Jujuan Johnson

Arinza Onuaku
Orlando Sanchez

Jerrelle Benimon SF/PF, maybe stretch 5 like Draymond Green/Odom
Thabeet

VETS
==========

Larry Sanders, McGee, Greg Oden
Greg Smith
Bernard James
Jermaine Oneil
Rashard Lewis/Turkeglu/Byron Mullons Stretch 4s
Glen Davis/Kendrick Perkins
Chris Anderson could be available in a trade for Miami to save salary who has experience playing with CA

Christian Wood may not make the roster and we could claim him on waivers if we stay under the cap and develop him with KP especially if they sign Monztrell Harrellz which was drafted with the 2nd pick in the 2nd round, which was our draft pick in the deal to acquire Camby

AR
Byron Mullons

Undrafted PF/C's in previous drafts or this draft that just passed....
[b]Like Jamalle Haggins, Ndour, David Laury, a player that Briggs liked at one point,

Cole Aldrich *early bird rights*/AB *did we even offer him a vet min? would much rather have AB than Lou Amundson
Lou Amundson with a guaranteed contract rather than playing for D League than 10day contracts than using cap space on him too vs just the vet min,

but would still rather have AB period, along with Shved who had chemistry together
We now invested on 2 BUMS that are the 15th man roster to get more than the vet min, rather than signing vet min steals

IMO Tyler has skills/potential and is still young, he is one of the players that had maturity issues and really has the size/physical abilities to contribute in a high level
Especially when we have a bunch of high characters players to keep him in check, just like our 54 win season
Rather than using our cap space for Lou Amundson to make 200k more, we lose the ability to pay someone of 0years experience like Thanasis, Ndour, Center from Lith, or lesser experience players with more potential like Tyler on multiyear deals even if unguaranteed or partial guaranteed

Yes, but if you watch Summer League closely you can see that some of these flashes turn out to be the real deal. Andre Drummond is a prime example of that.

Look, there's a reason that every major scout, every GM, and every coach goes to watch these summer games. Guys who do shine in Summer League can be productive players in the NBA.

As I stated in my thread last night, the dude is about 30 lbs lighter the. When he was in our roster. That might be the reason why he is now so agile

Draft net named him player if the day today.
