Having a really good game against milwaukee
Playing to their strengths
Kirk had a good game against the lakers, but has really stuggled against all other teams
They really are...NDour is impacting the game on the defensive end with blocks and hustle, and Ledo is showing that he can score the ball, especially in the open court....Thanasis is having a good game too....three or four dunks, some nice baseline moves to the rack.....Ledo, has a partial contract so I think he will be on the roster, so that leaves one open. Ndour and Greek Freak fighing for last spot. I think the Knicks sign Thanasis and NDour goes over seas with a roster spot promise next year....
Ledo is finding EVERYONE, EVERYTIME

I thought they had 2 spots open?
Ledo will be in Training Camp, but I don't think he's had a great SL for a guy trying to make an impression. I think Fisher would have given him more minutes on the floor if he had played better.
Seems hesitant at times. Especially with the open Js.
Hopefully he turns things around and finds his comfort zone in our offense- seems like he's been putting in the effort to improve.

I think Ledo makes the team. After that, 2 spots left.
Ledo will make this team because he's not just a scorer. He has that passing element to his game that makes him a good fit for this style. I think he'll look better when there are other legit threats for teams to worry about. Melo being on the floor will make a difference in the spacing. Better picks being set by RoLo would help as well.
Ledo needs work on how to play in the flow of the offense and he better learn how to use his size on defense. Becoming a better spot shooter is a must as well. He likely stays because honestly their is nothing else out their to be had really.
Like I said before, if they are planning to keep Ledo they need to be on the phone with Brian Shaw and ask him what he did with Stephenson.

Did Shaw end up on Kerr's staff?

Idk, I haven't herd anything and I would think he'd have been on the sideline in Vegas if he was with them?
Ndour needs to be signed.

You figure Ledo's got a spot locked up and I agree--Ndour's played his way onto the team, esp. if he continues to bring it in TC/pre-season. One spot left after that -- what are you thinking? Kirk, Galdikas (hopefully they bring him in for TC and we get to see him in some pre-season action), Elliot Williams??

I think you might go with Elliot Williams. He is very talented and for awhile was limited by injuries. I think Prozingis and Amundson will get minutes at the 5. Maybe someone is dropped and the Knicks pick him up with the room exception. I saw that the Celtics need to make room for Mickey and I believe Crowder. They already waived Pressey. Not sure if who they will move/waive but hopefully the Knicks are active in looking at these types of opportunities.
Ledo needs to keep his spot. He is just too talented for us not to sign him.
Thumpo was impressive last night with his athleticism and defense and a guy i thought played really well but didn't get much floor time at all in the SL was TJ Bray. I really liked what i saw of him last night in the minimal minutes he played.

I actually did a thread on Bray, although it was only based on research...I never saw him play at Princeton.
I thought he looked slow, but he really did not get much of a chance in the SL, and sometimes being tentative on the court makes you look slower than you really are..
I just figure that Fisher bases playing time on what they show in practice, so Bray simply did not earn the time.
Good shooter and passer, but as I said, he seems to lack the quickness for the NBA.
I take all 3 of Ledo, Greek and Ndour over Early.
Early is a poor defender, ball handler and passer - also very low b-ball IQ.

Early ball handling has really improved this summer league as well as his passing. His defense is up and down . One game it is bad and then one game it is really good. I think his defense will become more consistent since Fisher has made it clear to him that th only way he will get playing time is through defense.

Not sure what you saw in terms of improvement. Sure he dribbled more but the ball is like a hand grenade in his hands - I cringe when he has the ball and is thinking about doing something with it.
He's a scrub with no defining skill - it initially looked like it might be his shooting but that isn't true. I actually like Greeks stroke from 3 over Early.
What is this fascination with elliot williams. He's simply not a good player. Lol
Ledo kinda reminds me of Jr Smith. Obviously Jr Smith is more athletic and a better finisher, but their skill set is almost identical.
