I think Brady's suspension was originally handed out by an arbitrator. I also believe that the NFL Punishment system is becoming a joke. Hardy gets only 2 games for beating his woman and then threatening her life so she didn't show at the appeal. Peterson got a season but is back in action after beating his 3 year old with a whip. A guy like RJ Dill gets 4 Games for undergoing Testosterone Replacement Therapy under a prescription while he is not even in the NFL. It's all Ass Backwards.

This ruling was about the process, not Brady's guilt or innocence. NFL should have conducted it as a criminal investigation and been more aggressive...I wonder how much their CBA hindered this?

Even this past year the pats looked aweful to start the season then all of a sudden they became the best team in the nfl after even the fans were calling for Tom Brady's head. I didn't buy it for a second. Once a cheater always a cheater and I wouldn't be surprised if they cheated this past season after the terrible start. Each one of there Super Bowls deserves a big * unfair advantage . The nfl is a joke if Tom Brady and belacheat were in the mlb they would be ban for life for the first stint they pulled .. Was happy they never won again after getting caught in spy gate . Until they cheated there way back to a super bowl this last season .

At least they are the most hated franchise in the history of sports.. I hope belacheat and flat Brady never get elected into the hof .

Giants fan is cool! They and Steelers fans got same things in common being disliked (all jet, cowboys and eagle fans here)
