It's a fair ranking though I would drop the Kings below us; their logo is hideous. There's so many good logos associated with NYC teams I don't understand why the Knicks' have to be so ugly. And we've had some really good alt logos.

Those are pretty nice logos. We should get whoever designed those to redesign our main logo.

Since Knicks is short for Knickerbockers, we should look for a logo with this guy doing something with a basketball...he'd look pretty good spinning a ball on a finger, IMO.

Might not appeal to the younger crowd, though.

So? I think a lot of people who are from NY wouldn't know this resembled the token for the train considering how long MetroCards have been used. It's a good clean logo that represents a famous piece of NYC history. By your logic, we should change the team name because nobody refers to NYers as Knickerbockers.

Hate the apple.
The one I posted was colored in by a fan from a pencil drawing and while not a polished finished piece, I think had potential.
I do like the Token as an alternate logo that used on shorts, back of jersey, etc looks great.

The old timey one used on the model (nice!) is also great but league does prefer teams leave it alone so they can sell "vintage" goods.

The current triangle is dated. Knicks have a long history and its best in my opinion to keep it simple.
