Didn't see the game...what do you base the "hate each other" observation on?

Mostly just general body language, reactions to poor defence, lack of togetherness during time outs. There is clearly something amiss, all the Le Bron reports, training in Miami and his non relationships with Irving and Love all point toward a very unhappy camp!

The BrotherHood in NY? Starphuching at its finest. A one hit wonder. Lebron and Wade with Portzingis and Melo!
JR wants in too!
Little Nate should be invited, and StarMeloBury for his swan song!
Bring them all back! Even Bargs!

This Sacramento team fascinates me:

This Minnesota team--they are going to be a long term dynasty. Were somewhat lucky that these teams like Phoenix and Minnesota are in the west.

once they get a legit coach and management then yes i agree - they could be good for a long time

I really expected them to do much better this year given their roster, but under-performing will help them get a very good draft pick...once again.

I figure that they have will have to move either LaVine or Wiggins.

I think they need a physical player next to Towns, and they also need another shooter in the starting lineup.

Is Dieng the best partner for Towns?

LaVine seems to be heading toward becoming a good SG- I don't think he has any chance of being a PG...can they live with Wiggins at the 3 given his inability to rebound or hit 3s?

Wonder if there is a market for Wiggins?

no i didnt expect them. sam mitchell isnt a good coach - he's trapped in the 1980s and hates the 3pt shot
- 2nd, they need players who can HIT the 3pt shot. thats why i think buddy heild might be a good destination for them
- i think dieng is vastly overated. nice defender with a good mid range game
- lavine is a SG!! not a point guard or distributer. once they figured that out, his numbers have been a lot better
- wiggins is averaging 20ppg but if you look at the numbers you realize that he cant shoot. lavine and wiggins seems a bit redundant, someone has to go

I agree, I think Wiggins is kind of overrated. They should trade him while his stock is high. He's Rudy Gay 2.0 to me. Good player, but flawed.

callmened @ 3/29/2016 4:00 PM
the tempting part is hes still SO young and can improve. he reminds me of derozen when he came into the league. super athletic, with bad shot selection and poor 3pt range. but with time, he learned to improve his strengths (attacking the rim, free throw attempts and post up game)

DeRozan is a fair comp, too. I could see that. That's the upside there.

But I agree then you have overlap with Lavine.

Yet LaVine, who Mitchell has been critical of, has shown growth as a player, and Towns seems to have been used and developed the right way as he his playing with confidence and efficiency.

You can make a case that the way they've been put together is the issue, and that Mitchell is working with what he has...No?

Your rookie center is the second best 3pt shooter on your starting 5, you don't have a stretch 4 (Bjelica has not been the player they hoped he would be), and Wiggins is a poor shooter from the 3.

Maybe Mitchell is doing the best he can with a limited/poorly constructed lineup.

Wouldn't LaVine have to go if you drafted Heild, by the way?

I like DeRozan, but he is still a suspect 3pt shooter, and despite some improvement over the years his career 3pt shooting average is at about 28%.
