Barnes is 34. You would think he'd be past this kind of teenage reaction. Dude was 95 miles away and obviously got a text or call from someone at the gathering, which is another troubling aspect of this whole thing. Barnes is the one who separated from her because he couldn't trust her anymore. Apparently she forged his name on a loan document. This could be some long standing beef with Fisher.

In the end Fisher and Govan are adults and separated from their former spouses. They have the right to date whoever they want.

Looks like Fisher is a real man with real issues as many other people.

Maybe Fisher was cooking on Barnes' outdoor grill. I'm a vegetarian, but I hear that carnivores are very protective of their expensive gas grills and who can cook on them.
