Hope Afflalo comes back soon, would rather see him jack up shots than Vujavic.
JGrant with the nice dunk.
Grant is so good at dishing at the last second.

I think Early is older than Ariza is now. lol.
Not about their age going in, lol. Both athletic SFs who needed time to develop their game.
It kind of is about their age going in because Ariza was a young guy still maturing but still showed signs. Early is almost already a finished product. Also, Ariza at least showed you signs that he could defend and finish at the rim. I have not seen that from Early yet. Early has seem more active on D and hopefully he does improve but me personally I do not see another Ariza.
Clyde saying He thinks Porzingis has more potential than Okafor.
Gallo is a killer. Solid. But it is so hard to make any kind of definite call on Early. He does some stupid, and I mean stupid stuff, but then he goes and does some really nice things too. Drawing fouls with aggressive drives to the basket, a nice block at the rim, a timely steal and nice pass that leads to the electric JGrant dunk. He needs to develop some consistency. Hopefully he'll find that along the way during this season.

Disagree that Early is almost a finished product, especially on offense. Ariza showed more his rookie year.

He does....Okafor is currently a more impactful / nba starter right now. If KP reaches his potential, he will be the best player in his draft. Okafor will never be a sweet shooting 7'3 big man, who can protect the rim with 3pt range.
Can Blake Anthony aka Derrick WIlliams keep this up? lol.

D.Will is better when his attempts are under control....He tends to get jump shot happy. But he brings a lot to the team, especially on easy buckets and transistion. Nothing so far is surprising me about this team. They are performing as they should, based on what they looked like on paper. I was hoping Sasha jump shot would be more consistent. But that will come.
He'll have bad outside shooting nights, probably. More than likely. Like really bad. Hopefully he won't be like JR and keep forcing up shots when he's cold and he'll opt instead to be explosive towards the rim and stay quick on his feet. But I think for the most part he'll be able to keep up that energy. He'll like the minutes he gets from Coach Fish if he keeps it up and the overall results and that SHOULD keep his motor going. Feeling like an important part of the team is something that will probably drive him.

Hopefully. I think of Okafor as a generational big. I think he is as close to a sure thing as you can get in a draft. I am very happy with Porzingis but I was on my feet during the draft hoping Philly wouldn't pick Okafor.

duh! of course he does. Have you ever seen anything like him?
he probably also has more bust potential too.

OK4 clearly has great talent. I thought we couldn't lose at #4 with all the talent that was left on the board. IF OK4 fell great. If not we still end up with a lot of great options. Now after the fact I'm very pleased with what i've seen of KP so far. There's a LOOOOOOOOONG way to go in both of their careers since obviously neither has played a regular season game. Just gotta hope KP reaches his full potential cuz if he does he's gonna be a great player. He shows so much raw potential already.
It's tough predicting cuz you can't know how these guys will hold up to the rigors of being an NBA player. So far KP has had some minor issues. I just hope that it's the Knicks being Hyper sensitive to his health.

I agree....The only thing that could hold KP back is injuries. If he can stay healthy he will be the best prospect out of his draft class due to his all around skill set.
