. He could've done what he's doing in Cleveland anywhere. All those corny commercials about his heart always being at home? Right, while he was in Miami so he could win championships off of Wade's sacrifice.... and using PEDs along the way.
believe it.
Gotta bring some facts to back up your claim.

Here is the reason you let LeBron have the steering wheel...
Cleveland Cavs Franchise Value:
2014 2015
515 mil 915 mil
Is there a difference in what Gilbert can get if he sells the franchise vs the money it is bringing in?...
The value of my house in Queens has gone up about 60% since I bought it in 2002, but I don't intend on selling it, so the only impact on my life has been an increase in my property taxes.
The Cav's management "won" as Thompson and his agent took less money than what they were looking for. If the dough is rolling in why make as big of a deal over a few million dollars a year and the resulting tax penalty?

Facts like what? That he went down to Miami to rehab, despite his habit of complaining that humidity makes him cramp up? Facts like what? He looked like total crap before he went down to Miami to rehab and he came back looking like he was fresh out of high school again, after just a couple of weeks? Facts like what? He raced down there in a hurry to make sure he caught Tony Bosh before he gets sent off to prison? LOL I don't know, I think it's pretty obvious. Let's see if they're going to need facts to keep Mike Piazza out of the hall of fame. Bring me some facts to prove that he's NOT on PEDs.

U can't look at these things through such a narrow lens...Along with franchise value, there is playoff money at the gates, TV money for deep run in the playoffs, more eyes on your product means higher fees for commercials..Higher prices for seats and more sell outs...Higher prices and more revenue at the concession stands..More jersey sales which all teams take a cut I think...More interviews..I think NBA TV televised every Cavs preseason game...More clicks on your website, more ad revenue..Bro, it's cha ching all around...If all Bron wants is the steering wheel then Gilbert got off cheap...

What about home equity line/lone?
When you have asset which gives you 400 mils more of collateral you can get so much chip money our days it is even hard to imagine...
LeBrons golden eggs are falling in bunches in Cleveland...
What do you think would happen if LeBron left Cleveland again? Would all the 'blame' go towards Love and the coach? That sure would be interesting to see

.

Sure, 400mil more equity in the team can set up credit for a few more businesses...And all he wants is the wheel...
