its really stupid if you chose Mudiay and are still too proud to admit that as of today, it looks like you were wrong.

Whats stupid is asking this question 10 games into the season.

Just admit that you have a hard on for Holfresh and you will do anything to get his attention.

I think Mudiay has a great career. Watching tape of him prior to the draft I thought he looked like Kidd at Cal. When Kidd said that he expects Mudiay to have a better career then he had I think that is saying a lot. 10 games in I don't think you can declare who won a bet about 19 and 20 year old players.

its a fetish sweetie not a hard on and if you can read, I was not asking who is better, I was asking who GM's would pick today. Its silly to assume that GM's would make the same picks because its only 10 games in.

why don't you follow the 76ers. you seem to have zero interest in the ny knicks and supporting our draftee porzingis.

what is your prob;em?

nyk4ever @ 11/17/2015 10:12 PM
the beauty of "who would we take at #2" is if we actually DID have the #2 pick in the draft, im pretty sure we would have drafted okafor or russell and honestly, i think porzingis is better than everyone, maybe even towns. so in effect, winning those couple games at the end of the year actually helped the knicks because it made it easier to select porzingis at 4 rather than 2.
ChuckBuck @ 11/17/2015 10:16 PM
If the draft were today, Porzingis would be 1, 1a, 1b.

Towns would be a distant 2nd.

gunsnewing @ 11/17/2015 10:18 PM
Yup we lucked out with KP over all those guys. Towns is better right now by a large margin but he is further along in his development offensively, defensively & physicall.

But KP may one day be the more dynamic plsyer of the 2

This. And it facilitated the Hardaway trade.

I like Towns, he's ready made right now.

KP looks like the "light bulb" is starting to turn on, and he's figuring things out sooner rather than later.

That said, you can't teach 7'3 with SKEELZ!

KP was great today but he's really been struggling shooting. Its only one great game but he's getting there. And he he's getting there Fast!!
Towns is already there.

crzymdups @ 11/17/2015 10:24 PM
One thing is for sure - Minnesota vs New York is gonna be must see TV this season. KP vs Towns. Melo vs Wiggins. Calderon vs Rubio... okay not that last one.

I'm in agreement for sure, but drafting is also projecting.

No one in this draft class ceiling is even in KP's stratosphere, Towns included.

Especially seeing what we're seeing now.

StarksEwing1 @ 11/17/2015 10:30 PM
If we had the top pick towns would have been a knick and rightfully so....the kid is a beast. However KP seems like the next best option with higher upside. In the end we made out very good
gunsnewing @ 11/17/2015 11:11 PM
KP might be more suited for todays game. Towns is dynamic but not like KP. We really lucked out by picking 4th over 2nd or 3rd

It also got atlanta to take THJ! How great was that?

gunsnewing @ 11/17/2015 11:15 PM
Mudiay might be special as well but wouldnt have been a perfect a fit for the Knicks as KP has been

The THJ for Grant deal was worth its weight in gold!

Grant wouldn't be playing in ATL either..

Mudiay's and OK4's role with their teams are vastly different than KP's role with the Knicks..KP is not asked to be THE guy for his team and create opportunities for others..Melo has that role for us..KP fed off other players tonight and it should be that way..KP is excelling in his role of as a secondary/opportunistic scorer..And that a good thing..
