been saying this all year. Melo could be taking the same shots DWill was taking when he was playing well at the beginning of the year. Instead all we do is force it to him in the post.

lopez sucked tonight
Just on offense, he still comtributes defensively
not tonight. Also lets be honest porzingis makes him look good because prozingis is terrific
You sound like an 8 year old.
no need for insults man. Just talk bball. I simply said lopez has been bad tonight
Here is one more, if you want to have a bball discussion with me dont bring that weak shit like you just posted above.
Knicks offense continually doesn't get a shot til like 5-6 seconds remain on the shot clock. They take waaaaaay too long to find the shots they want. And frankly it often seems like they settle for a shot they don't want rather than get a shot they do.
I know the Heat's defense is very good, but this is a problem they've had against other teams, too.
Funny but I really didn't think we'd struggle to score like this !!! It's been REALLY BAD!

You think Melo has chosen on purpose to be scoreless since the 1Q?
I do think he's chosen to not go all out in other ways since his shot is obviously off tonight.
huh?
When you're not hitting your shots, you play tough defense, involve your teammates and play smart basketball. That's what team leaders are supposed to do but an area in which Carmelo has been deficient for significant stretches of his career, including tonight.
crzymdups wrote:Knicks 3-12 for 3. They Reaaaaalllllyyyyyy need to hit the 3 if they want to win.
Twice he had both KO AND SERAPHIN on the floor together; and TH blunder of playing more then 11. This dude should have never been hired

Wow. That sucked. I hate the heat. A split would have been nice.

The way they're playing actually makes it easier for a great D like the Heat! We just go into this easy to guard post up thing when we don't have to. They need to loosen up like they were early in the year. They have forgotten to just PLAY BALL early in the shot clock and ONLY DO THE SLOW TRIANGLE STUFF if there's nothing else!!! Fish has to fix this. This is a coaching thing!
Melo showed bad effort tonight, gallo still in a funk, lopez looked hungover. The heat are a tough team even though i hate them so much

Exactly what happens when you have a slow PG like Calderon.

The Heat are just much better than us right now. They have their eyes on the Cavs this year, we're just a gnat for them to swat away.

Happens with Grant, too.

this is why i said fisher needed a few years as a assistant, he still doesnt seem ready for being a head coach yet

There is a reason you frequently get into arguments with posters in game threads. Drop the passive aggressive freak show Irish and you'll find it happens a lot less. Thats all Im gonna say.
Once again, fisher plays 8 bench players in the 2nd half, and we shoot 20% an embarrassing 29 points
the knicks were in good shape until afflalo rotated back in the first time with 6 minutes left in the second q. then kp6 got called for a terrible foul on an alleged moving screen with 3:15 left in the 2nd quarter. the knicks slowly imploded from that point forward.
afflalo was the catalyst for the knicks unraveling and then a TERRIBLE call on kp6 by the refs on a moving pick call.
Melo was the turkey tonight.
