Knicks · Melo Really Is A Piece Of Garbage (page 1)

Oh, no doubt Melo can play. I have him as third best player in the league (Curry, Hansbrough, Melo), but as a human being he is a dud.

Maybe you are unaware, but Melo had Thanksgiving dinner at his place. Did he invite his family? No. Did he invite some homeless? No. Did he invite his comrades, his teammates? Nope. You know who Melo had over for Thanksgiving? He had Wade and Bosh. Don't you think it would have been a great move to have some of the young guys over? Grant, Galloway, Lance, Porz. Or even some of the new older guys. KO, D-Will, Afflalo... Nope. Melo chose to spend his holiday with two schmucks who play on another team. Wade and Bosh.

By the way I hacked into Melo's email account and I saw who he has invited over for Christmas dinner. Not Galloway, not Grant, not Porzingis. You know who Melo invited over for Christmas dinner? Matt Barnes.

Aw geeeez...

You might be heading for a vaction, I would think.

I hate doing this kind of thing...but it seems appropriate.

I thought the same thing. Melo hasn't figured out that Wade, Bosh and LeBron keep their enemies close. He needs to stop being all buddy buddy. There is absolutely no competitive fire in Melo. He doesn't realize that those guys have been punking him. I got nothing against Melo he is a good player. Wade, Bosh aren't his friends they want to take his lunch money and have been for years. When is this guy going to realize that these guys got together to prevent him from getting a championship.

Bingo. You got it.

Does Melo want to win? Sure. Does Melo want to put up great numbers when he plays? That's obvious. But the love, friendship, and camaraderie that Melo shows for opponents reveals a definite lack of true competitive fire. See what Orlando's Jason Smith did to our Porzingis the other night? Full beatdown followed by a verbal assault. I'd rather have a team full of Jason Smiths on my team than Melos.
