Knicks · NBA has straight up robbed us of three wins this season (page 2)

are there games that could go the other way? the players better not be sitting around fussing over the refs.
starksy has a point here... stop with the mistakes, poor d, etc, give your self breathing room on the scoreboard so it doesnt matter if the refs make mistakes.

I agree about the Raptors call. As a Knick fan aren't you concerned that the nba has said three times that it blew calls that decided games against the Knicks? One fifth of the Knicks losses came on calls that the nba said they missed.

the play in some of these games could have made more of a diff. they dont play so poorly for most of the game vs sac that bad call most likely doesnt happen.
do we subtract the tor game from the win column or if other teams feel they got screwed vs nyk do we start adding/subtracting balance sheets here? you are not gonna win vs the refs/nba. play better consistently seems to be something the players/coaches have a bit more control over. thats what im more "worried" about.

I would gladly go +3, -1 in the win loss column. I know watching the games that ended with the calls that the NBA came out and said they made the wrong call on were very frustrating because they were games that came down to the final possession. It seems like a lot of nba games end that way. It would be nice if the correct calls were made.
i stand by this view (for now): the team needs to play much better for longer stretches in-game. i can only hope that can help avoid this stuff as the year goes. they may be talent deprived with this current roster, still doesnt mean they cant play better. heck, weve seen them play well at times already this season.

I don't think anyone has taken the time to analyze it though.i stand by this view (for now): the team needs to play much better for longer stretches in-game. i can only hope that can help avoid this stuff as the year goes. they may be talent deprived with this current roster, still doesnt mean they cant play better. heck, weve seen them play well at times already this season.

The only reason it's magnified now, is because of when it happen. What difference does it make. You miss your first FT and make 20 in a row and lose by 1, nobody will even think about that Miss FT because it happen in the 1st qtr. Make 19 straight, and missed the last one that would have won the game, and all of a sudden your the worst,
The game is played for 48 min and every second matters.

Other than the shot clock error, what calls cost the team the win? I ask this because I'm assuming if those calls were made the Knicks were guaranteed to win? I dont think so in any case.Member: #671

12/11/2015 4:25 PMGame 1 - there should have been .8 on the clock for KP's game winner in Charlotte and it should have counted.
Game 2 - NBA ref report shows there were SEVEN MISSED CALLS against Houston in the final two minutes of the 4th quarter, sending the game to overtime
Game 3 - ref report shows there should have been a foul called on Rondo to end the game.
Actually...1 whole second should have been added in that Charlotte game.
The NBA has the worse officials in all of Sports

Melo doesn't have many refs who like him. You have to think that's partly his fault.

They missed calls all game. The last call was just a glaring example that literally cost them the game. There was a transition play where Cousins clearly flopped and got a foul called on KP that led to two free throws. KP, who rarely ever complains, shouted "Come on, man!" Because it was such an obvious flop.

there are many bad officials in every sport.
I don't believe in conspiracies against players especially ones that don't get many techs for screaming at them.

Not sure where anyone has mentioned a conspiracy a single time in this thread other you.
