i agree. DWill has been playing really really well of late.
O'Quinn is smart, throw it to the tall guy
Fellas...these Sixers are a D league team. It's a joke. They need to be relegated like in soccer.

Isn't watching the Sixers play the same as taking a duece.
Melo had a real nice first half, moving the ball, picking his spots. 16pts 5reb 4ast.
His moving the ball seems to get Afflalo a TON of quality shots - Afflalo had 15pts 6-9fg and 5rebs, too.
Good half.
Yes Sixers suck, but it's also clear that after the 3 days rest the practices have really helped. We're filling in the Triangle much better, using the high post area far more. Less posting up and watching or Iso Melo and watching. Really good. The season looked like it had stalled a few weeks ago, but with the improved execution it looks like the guys have had a nice lift again in level.
Some players have really found a niche in the O - like Afflalo, Melo, Thomas and Quinn.
Porzingis hasn't found his niche in the O, but he really is a major impact player without even touching the ball on O. He's a +15 at the half, leading all players. For a guy that scored 4 points, 2 boards, 2 swats and 1 steal, and didn't play well particularly. Nice.
They should be playing better than this tho. Sixers have played much better in games I've watched.

I like Magic MELO 😝 When he's setting up his teammates like this it's a huge boost.

Knicks D has been very good. They're not letting Sixers do what they do best - get to the basket and score easily or draw FT's. Other than when Quinn was at 5, the Knicks didn't let Sixers take anything easy inside, thus making them do what they're not good at - shoot jumpers and pass. Also helped their 2nd best scorer - Covington picked up 3 silly early fouls. They'll probably play better in the 2nd half.
Great first half. Afflalo is playing really well. Nice to have a guy get over a hamstring injury.
Guys...the sixers are really bad...do not overanalyze this game. AI is rolling in his grave watching this team play!!
K Marshall is 24...looks like he is 31.
I know he had a knee issue, but did he put on some weight?

This is the Afflalo I was hoping to see. If he plays like this along with MELO n KP this team is gonna be highly competitive in the playoff race.

For a second I thought he was Boozer out there. He has gained weight. Always liked his game tho

KP needs to get back to moving without the ball. I'm the first to say that I want him to become more of a post-up player, but he's been at his best when he moves without the ball. He's setting screens and trying to position himself down low, but he should be able to move more against OK4 and Noel.
Passed up a couple of open 3's...maybe he isn't feeling confident from deep?
Two things
1. Yes sixers suck but we'll learn something if knicks stay disciplined or if they slack.
2. Watching sixers feed and at half time the analyst (not game guy but studio) is dissing portingis, saying he looked helpless against ok4. Dude you're down 20+. Don't be a d!ck

Played his best ball when MDA was at LA, I think.
Doesn't look like he is back from the knee issue, though.

Eh...they got to find something good.
Have to say that his arms look impressive...seems like he's been working out.
