set a phucking pick to help our guards beat this pressure!! Phil you idiot!
SocraticBallin22 @ 12/27/2015 8:49 PM
And Jerian back in the doghouse again tonight with Sasha back in the rotation. Fish continuing to stunt his development this year.

1 game sasha, 1 game grant, what a fck up way to run your rotation
nixluva @ 12/27/2015 8:50 PM
We literally have no PG! None of our guards give us what we need from the PG position.

I don't know why they aren't doing that! The Drag screen is actually something we used to do a lot more of early in the season and they just stopped doing it!

its either phil or fisher but one of them better fix this or get fired

PG necessities:

1) penetrate and break down a defense

2) pick up the pace when needed that lead to easy buckets in transition

3) defend and stop the ball...opposing pg penetration

None of our point guards do any of these things. It's a joke.

This ancient style of play has really been getting exposed as of late

It's really depressing when u consider fisher was a pg

One would hope he could teach/develop the position. Instead our guys particularly grant is in reverse

he was not a very good pg

WP76 @ 12/27/2015 8:55 PM
I know he has a long way to go in terms of decision making and outside shooting but why don't we just give Grant Calderon's minutes? Grant is more athletic, can get to the hoop, is faster, and can't be any worse on defense. What would we have to lose?

no argument here. Grant gets the shaft constantly

I've been asking this question for months. I guess it makes too much sense.

Kobe was the point guard. Fisher had the title for scorecard purposes.
