Jimmer's not much, if any, better than Jose defensively but, if can hit an open three, he'd be a distinct upgrade at this point.

One thing about Jimmer...he is not afraid to shoot so he would be aggressive attacking the defense if he were our pg. Jose may be a good shooter but he is too hesitant and puts no pressure on the D.

KP has no post game what so ever. Right now his only offense is his outside shot but at least he can rebound and block shots. He needs to get a hook shot which will be a huge help to his game.

When he gets close to the basket, he usually tries to use the backboard (from the John Wooden school, I guess) but I can't remember the last time he actually hit one of his "bank" attempts.

KP is one of the few bright spots. He is still a kid and needs to get stronger. It would also help if we had better passers to set him up better

I've become reserved to the fact that until our point guard situation is resolved, we will not be a very good team.

Asking Jose to guard the likes of Isiah Thomas and/or any other younger, quicker, more athletic point guard in the league is just not fair. It puts other teams at a major advantage every game. Jose is simply not a starting pg anymore; he should not be playing starter minutes nor should be asked to face such tough assignments on a nightly basis where he can't possibly succeed. It's the achilles heel of the team that every other team takes full advantage of.
