Seriously - going back a few seasons, I thought watching Curry is like watching a guy in video game. Just throws up crazy shots and they go in. Best ever.

I used to think there was a debate, between him and maybe Ray Allen, maybe Reggie Miller.

There is no debate anymore....guy brings it. Every. Single. Night.

Best shooter ever and it's not even close. The gap between his shooting and anyone else is larger than the best player in any other category and anyone else if that makes sense.

not anybody within miles of him

Every generation has a best shooter ever player.....And thats ok!

I'd say Pistol Pete was a better shooter.
Before he hurt his knee he was the focal point on some average rosters. He was way ahead of the game at the time and he could shoot!!!

No 3pt shot so its hard to compare his numbers.

Curry is great, no doubt. He has Klay to help open things up for him. This is a special window for Steph and we should enjoy it. I recall really enjoying Nash/Amare in there prime with PHX playing under MDA. It was fun basketball to watch.

No Logo???
Rick Barry???
Bernard King??
Trent Tucker??

Good quote "Every generation has a best shooter ever player.....And thats ok!"

Pistol Pete averaged 44 pts and ended up the all time leading NCAA player in points. He shot so much from 30 feet its estimated that he'd average about 61 pts.
Saw him light up Clyde for 63 pts one night pre-3pters.

Its all fun to speculate about different eras.

Glenn Rice Junior shot himself in the leg. Not the best shooter ever?
