not according to NIX, JVG knows nothing about the triangle, nothing
nam man...its the whole system its THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!!
Are you guys really gonna get that started again?? Doesn't it get tiring talking about if we do or don't run the triangle full time and don't you guys get tired of messing with Nix about it?? I know i'm tired of coming on these gameday threads and seeing every other post with you guys talking about it.
BUT ITS THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!!! LOL See Rolo's hook wasn't that ugly that time
If Williams and Thomas continue to produce at high levels . . . does it mean that Fisher can rotate so that he always has at least KP or Carmelo or Afflalo on the floor at any time (?) Does that work (?)
Melo like stockton out there
Melo is great, he is just great.

Jesus you guys are f'n dense! JVG is no expert on the Triangle!!! He's just guessing at what the Knicks are doing. I guarantee you that the Knicks running a few more PnR doesn't mean they've gone away from the SYSTEM AT ALL. PnR plays have ALWAYS BEEN IN THE F'n Triangle offense.
ITS THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!!!!
Unlike most people commenting on this I actually know what I'm talking about! I actually have Tex's plays written in his own hand! He wrote plays with PnR in his book.
The banks are still open in Miami tonight!
Didn't Melo assist on 2 Lopez baskets? Why does he only have 2 ast
.500 is definitely possible tonight, fellas...
SocraticBallin22 wrote:Miami doesn't scare me much. They play at a slower pace than even us and have aging stars. I guess their defense is solid but I don't see them being much better than us talent wise.Melo the facilitator makes him and our team much better.
Ummmmmmmm seriously?? Come on now. The Heat have much more talent than us and i don't give a crap if they're aging cause they aren't too old right now.

Because the Triangle System is about total basketball . . . and not just the Triangle Sets

the one with 3 pivots was not an assist

Rolo makes me laugh every time he attempts that hook; Kareem he is not.
bully ball back atcha byatches!!!
I'd think JVG knows at least a little bit about the triangle because (1) he was such a film rat as a coach and (2) Jackson's Bulls beat him over the head with it so many times as Chicago's head coach.
Melo playing like a superstar the last 2 1/2 games---showing the complete package. If he keeps trying to play like Magic, we will be okay. Here's the thing, Melo has Magic type skills a the 3 spot when he wants to play like that and trusts his teammates.
No telecast of the game on NBA-TV . . . and the ESPN box score is not working.
