Can we beat Warriors ? What is our chances ?
Bring back Cole and Shved and we'll destroy them!

now that is funny!
usually you are just annoying

Don't forget Toure Murray and Shane Larkin. Key cogs for that championship run.
Of course we can! Just make sure Curry, and Klay, and Draymond, and Iggy aren't playing that's all.

Honestly, it's at home so we have a puncher's chance. If any of the above players are less than 100%, and the fact that it's a back to back for the Warriors, the Knicks indeed have a shot. Probably like a 25% chance or so of beating them. In the end, we'll probably be another sacrificial lamb on their 73 win tour. Nothing wrong with that! They embarrassed the East front runners, Cleveland, on the Cavs home court.
If the game was in Golden State, 0% chance. Maybe even negative.

Will?
Mostly likely not.
he's not ready this year but damn if KP vs. Green isn't a fun matchup to watch
The problem with playing GS is our weakness is their ultimate strength and that strength is way up there.
The team that can beat the Warriors is the Spurs. EVERY spot on the Spurs roster houses a player who can help them now. They have 7 quality guards
Parker Ginobli Simmons Green Mills McCallum Andersen
and 6 quality frontcourt players
Duncan Aldridge West Marjonovic Diaw Bonner
and then their star SF Leonard who has a back up in Butler.
They have the combinations of players that can stop GS with quality inside and outside. They have many more blowout wins than GS. They are built this year for the long term---their big problem is they have fizzled in the playoffs or they would be up in the 8-10 championship range. What the Spurs have done--that is what we should do--thats why we still need to look to add whenever there is a chance.

So you're saying the Spurs have a deeper roster than other teams like the Knicks?
Really?
Are you certain?

Anyone can be beaten in any given night. The game is played to win or lose
I'll be curious to see KP vs Draymond. But, no, I don't think we can beat the Warriors.
I hope Lance Thomas is healthy though - I'd be sort of curious to see Lance try to check Steph Curry.
It'll be a fun game to watch - we shouldn't be expected to win, but it's one of those games you like to check in to see how you'd do.
The Warriors won't be looking to make a statement against us the way they were against the Cavs though. If the Warriors felt the need to make a statement against us, they could destroy us.

The point of this thread is to see if the Knicks can hypothetically beat the Warriors on the 31st.
Everyone with a schedule handy can see they face the Clippers tonight.

Ummmmmmmmm you forgot Shane. How can we beat them without Shane??
No- just think of Curry vs Calderon and all hope of a win dies. Curry probably goes for a season high.
Do we have a chance to beat the Warriors? Yes but it's not the greatest of chances. Do we have a chance to beat the Warriors in 7 game series?? No chance at all. Not right now anyway.
if we send grant to the d-league and call up a guard, we'll definitely be able to beat them

several games between now and then, but whatever :)
Yes we can. We have been defending the 3 pretty well and I think the twin towers helps with that because our perimeter defenders can stay at home with those pesky splash brothers.
