He has trouble with any type of pass. Misses the picks, sloppy passes, and has no will to pass or take more efficient shots when his shot is off.

Yeah I agree completely. The picks are sloppy and usually sort of moving picks. But they so rarely actually function as picks that they don't get called for it.
I have mentioned that since our first game this season. But you guys won't be happy with me when I mention who is the culprit for this problem

The funny thing is you were starting to throw in the occasional post that you think Fisher is getting better when we were winning but now you're right back to saying how bad he is. when playing D on a Westbrook drive defenders should do what I was told to do as a child. Try to block with 1 hand and use the off hand to clog the passing lane. Westbrook is killing us with the wrap around pass after a drive.
