Afflalo led the team with 17 followed by koq with 13. How the hell is koq allowed to take 13 shots?
Someone please explain because I seriously don't get it.

because everyone shoots the ball better than grant and they left koq wide open multiple times?

so if they leave louie opened should he also just shoot away?

ok he might be the only player on this team who shoots worse than grant. you are comparing koq to amundson...he's not even in the rotation..AT ALL
not sure I get where you stand here. You are okay with the koq shots?

go look at the first quarter how he started the game.
go look at his history when he does not hesitate taking open shots.
he was in the rotation when the season started...he was out of the rotation when he started hesitating...today he started without doubt in his mind.... so today, yes i was ok with his shots. its not like he was given anything more than 3 seconds to beat the shotclock when he took bad shots

wow! I think you are way off base on this.
If he did not take it, someone will do. And whom do you believe in?

Think he paid way too attention to the "Someone has to step up" speech Fisher gave before the game. However, belive he had the best plus/minus game. But agree, would have been even better if he had not shot 4 for 13. Would of preferred if he focused more on drives and drawing fouls.
Melo and Kristaps wasn't playing....
normally KOQ barely plays

he was the only player with a + on the entire roster. Not to mention, it's not like we have too many options. he was a big part of the unit that cut the lead to 1, then for some dumb ass reason, fisher bench him and thomas 6 minutes into the 3rd, and that one point defecit turned into 11 in the blink of an eye.
Can we get to the point where we accept what this offense actually is all about? This is an equal opp offense! You keep moving the ball and cutting and ALL players have to be ready to take a GOOD shot in the flow of the offense. It's called the Triple Post offense for a reason! Post players will get the ball and will take shots. It's an offense with post players at the heart of it. So yeah they're gonna get shots!
It's harder to get great shots when you don't have enough scoring threats because NBA defenders are smart enough to know who they need to focus on. I.e. Lou and Grant get left open for a reason. They still have to play smart and not force up shots they can't make! Grant has to learn to force defenders to pay by driving to draw attention so he can dish to a teammate. Still, guys have to be confident enough to take a jumper within their range when open but not force shots when a better shot is possible. Cutting hard is very important for guys like Lou and like Dennis Rodman in this offense he's gonna be left open. Just has to be smart about what he does.
I prefer KOQ on defense. It's best when KOQ blocks.
