assflac is playing terrible all month now it almost seems like (thanks mreinman :))
He's averaging 16ppg this month.
probably on 35 attempts lol
No, that is not correct.
what about tonight
He doesn't have 35 attempts tonight. You can look this sort of stuff up on google.com.
Going to be almost impossible to compete with this team when you are shooting like we are. Afflalo's shooting has been abysmal and Galloway's not a lot better.
I love it when grant is in attack mode. The amount of time left forced him to be in attack mode and he got us a score at the end of the quarter.
Grant to DWILL for 3 to end the half! I'll take it!

how many attempts and makes does he have tonight. can you look that up on google.com please?
Nice way to end the half. Not sure what the Knicks can do with the game being called the way it is.
Cartman718 wrote:what we have to do in the 2nd half is stop what they like to do....green likes to assist...we need to get him to shoot more, double team steph if you have to
Ummmmmm i'm not sure any of that will work against these guys. You double team Steph and you leave guys like Klay and Dray open which you can't do. We just need to play as hard on defense as we've played all year.
So what do we have to do to win this game?

Galloway can at least play defense. Notice how the point guards aren't going off on us now? Afflalo's man is supposed to be Klay. I know he comes off a lot of screens, but still. Afflalo is our biggest liability with the starters left, now that Calderon is out. We have to find a way to get a defensive wing that can pass/shoot. The 2 guard spot in the Tri needs a player like that vs a one dimensional shooter who doesn't score at good enough a clip to warrant the shots or defend very well. I like Afflalo, I really do, but he's got to be our backup next season, if he's back.

Hope someone gets really hot from outside on our end.
And that both Klay and Curry do not go off in the 2nd.
Gonna be real tough.
crzymdups wrote:SocraticBallin22 wrote:Love the Gallo, KP chemistry
Same. Especially compared to the Calderon KP non-chemistry
I understand that we all like what we've been seeing from Gallo these 3 games he's started but Calderon has chemistry with everyone of the starters and KP has said how much he loves playing with him. Every team he's played with has players that have said how much they love playing with him.

GS total offense is meant to confuse you. They run a ton of cuts and off/on ball screens. They then wait for you to make a mistake. The thing is when you inevitably make a mistake they rarely don't capitalize because they have great shooters and great passers.
SocraticBallin22 wrote:D Will for 3! My man!!!!
Too bad he couldn't do it more. He's 23% from 3 this year.
Well, as Clyde might (on a bad night) say: The Knicks have brought obliteration to my prognostication.
It's much closer than I expected and Curry seems (for now) to be having an off night. Knicks might have a chance if Porzingis doesn't foul out.
Fun game to watch. Hopefully if nothing else this drives home to our team the importance of playing wo the ball on offense and defense.
Honestly if you look At their lineup you'd expect a 50+ win team aka mark Jackson
But they're playing so, so well as a team. Have to respect that
And we're actually playing fairly inspired. We need to play it he full 48 minutes to have a chance.
Still hope the Knicks stick their nipples out and say "yes we know you want to play small but we don't" Our strength is most definitely not small ball.
Go Knicks. Briggs for President

It's so frustrating!!! Breath on GS and we get called! Still the Knicks need to dig in a bit more on D and hopefully they'll make more shots in the 2nd half.
