Last night was clear AA didn't have it, but who does Fisher have to put in to make up for the lack of scoring?

our 6'5 SG gave up about 40 points and couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat last night 
"Can't hurt" is good in theory but the reality is NBA is not like Baseball where you can insert guys in and out of the line up. Team chemistry between pitchers and catchers, SS and 2nd base, 2nd base to 1st base, etc are important but in basketball its not so easy to insert guys. Sasha is better than Jimmer in the eyes of the team and until that is deemed different he gets to play, not Jimmer. While Sasha is not the future, he is triangle proven and an asset on the bench and mentor to the yoots. Same for Jose.
Bringing up a guy for 10 days and "see what happens" can also include bad things. Its not like Jimmer is going to take over the offense nor integrate on defense right off the bat.
As fans its easy to say "what can hit hurt" but we are not accountable for anything. Nobody is picking Jimmer up either. He should not go to anyone for 10 looks unless he can stick. My thinking is Jimmer is putting in his time and if he can get his footspeed up and defense he can get a multi year deal. That's what he should be looking at. If not, he'd be better off going to Europe and try to get a multi year deal. At his age he is on the fence but still needs to monetize his career. If he and Phil have a prescription to getting him on the Knicks parent team we'll read about it if it works. If not, he should move on.

My feeling is , he could stick if he plays well. not just be a 10 day guy BUT in order to do that we actually have top see him against NBA competition. In a true rebuilding year like we have this year, why not give him a shot like we did with Gallo ?
our biggest issue has been finding a knock down shooter of the bench. Jimmer gives us that one main skill. He may not be needed some games and others he could be a 15 min guy like last night and against other fast tempo teams.

Jimmer has had about 4+ years to find a spot in the NBA. There is no doubt that teams could have been putting him in a very bad spot, but Jimmer has also not shined in the one aspect of his game that could be a plus, shooting: http://espn.go.com/nba/player/stats/_/id...
How has he changed his game such that his shooting from his time with New Orleans has improved? Why is he any different from a Steve Nokav type? Has he changed?

I thought you were concerned he couldn't shoot well from 3 ?
I am not saying he should be a our starter but give him 10 min on a night when AA is playing like garbage like last night or we are playing a team that pushes the pace. Heck he we actually have a roster spot still open.
Question - Who could help us actually win a game ? Jimmer or little greek freak if we needed one of them?

Lol...what was your cutoff for "playing time"? 10.3 minutes or more to conveniently exclude the 19% shooting he had the next year?
He's playing great in the D league but the level of competition is so below the NBA its hard to gauge any value at all there. Jimmer is 26 and has some years of NBA experience. I would expect him to dominate there.

You and others need to stop going by what anyone does in the d-league against players that will never make it in the NBA to judge on whether they can do it in the NBA. Jimmer has had his chances in the NBA and it hasn't worked out. I would still love to see what he could do in the NBA and for us but it wouldn't be even close to the production he's had in the d-league.

Sasha would light it up in the d-league just like Jimmer is doing.

yes 10 min a game .... the other years he had 10 or more minutes , he shot pretty well from 3
Who do you think helps our team more if needed for 10 minutes ? Jimmer or little Greek Freak ?
