Thumpo won't be seeing any 3rd quarters during his 10 days.

Has anyone else noticed how our starting 5 defense is SO MUCH better in the last couple of games. Opposing pg's aren't breaking us down anymore. We held Golden State to their lowest point total for a quarter last game and the trend continues tonight. Give Gallo credit for playing really good defense; it's making a huge difference. Also, he is rebounding like a beast for the pg.

agree completely. but he needs to look for his offense as well...has he taken a single shot? for example...would he shoot more if AA was in a funk?

if this is all he does he is a liability at ends of close games. lets see how tonight plays out. if it's close it will be interesting to see what his floor impact is. i predict it'll be minimal or negative. not rooting against him of course, but it's a trend.

Hahahahah DW is so bad on defense. This is the guy that people want to start or to finish games.

williams a fugly game so far.

Knicks cuts and passes so much more crisp tonight. You can always tell when they've had time to practice.

Our defense has been one of the best in the NBA all year.

Knicks guards ALL need to learn the Floater or Tear Drop on drives.

like most players who have a decent defensive reputation (not stellar), i'd think the impact would be much better when he's shooting well. i think most of the other aspects would pick up for him

Every point guard in the NBA should have a floater just like every big man should have a hook shot.

Refs SCREWED US in the 1st qtr!!! That 5 point swing was bogus.

Jimmer has it and uses it very well. Give the man a chance!

you really want a guy-- a knick-- to have his offense inspire his defense? i sure don't. that's just not the knick way. holzman said to frazier: clyde i want you to pick him up from the locker room.

Our guards never have another option when they drive and the big comes over. You'd think naturally that a Floater would be used and they don't do it.
