because you seem to get personal/upset when people disagree with your point. Personally i agree lack of effort is a issue. HOWEVER fisher is also an issue. I said from day one that fisher would have benefitted from being a assistant for a few years

I hate when any team quits on a coach mid season. Mutinies and players calling the shots ala the Cleveland LeBrons really get my goat. Undermining authority is an ugly sight, especially in professional sports.
