If Melo could shoot he would be great this year.

Sadly this is the case! Point MELO is our best option. Fish has them going with this look now but how will they play when MELO sits???

so basically you are right about everything? Maybe you should coach nix

Why not address my points rather than get personal???

this coming from someone that calls guys F'N NUTZ, bruh please.
just because someone disagrees with you doesnt make them crazy....remember you started it. smh

The points AFTER THAT!!! Can you address the f'n points? Colorful language FOLLOWED BY LEGIT FN POINTS. Otherwise you're just wasting time!

i did address your f'n points, go to the previous page.

Obviously I didn't see your next post!!! You wanna talk real basketball then let's go but otherwise I'm not interested in BS blame posts with no substance. Knicks were playing very well not long ago and Fish didn't forget how to coach in a couple of weeks.

Obviously you need to read better, otherwise I am not interested in your banter.
Knicks were playing really well when their best player in the system was injured. So for the 3rd time...asking the same question...WHAT did Fisher do to adjust?

we just disagree on the source of the problem. I see it Mostly as a player issue more so than a coaching issue.

Phil brought all of these players here, so it's a Phil issue.
now you are really gonna get nix mad

I don't understand the blaming of Fish!!! You guys think he's changed since the time this team was playing well and at .500????

no... the beginning of the season...people had not adjusted to KP and Melo playing like ThisMelo.
now teams have adjusted and Fisher is not making any adjustments on his side...coz he's not a good coach.

This is why it is essential to call plays at times. This clown said that Knicks don't call plays. Oh my!!!!!!!!!

Nix Fisher sucks dude, the preacher talk gets stale quickly, guys are not playing hard or smart for him..your smart..recognize

So you're saying this team hasn't been playing hard this year besides this game?? That's what you're saying when they've been talked about all year for how hard they play even in bad losses??

I'm almost ready to give up even trying to talk to these guys. AGENDA driven BIASED posts is all we get from some people around here.

The funny part of it all is that both me and you have never said that Fisher is a great coach like they say we do, we just say that he isn't as bad as some make him out to be. He has a lot of learning to do but with some good players i think he can become a good coach.
i think he could be a good future coach. I just think he jumped in way too early and he isnt quite ready yet

I agree with you that it would of been great for him to get some work as a assistant first but that didn't happen so he's learning the hard way.

yeah its definetly harder this way. I just feel we need someone with more experience/track record

It actually kills me cause i defend Fisher so much on here that i look like this huge Fisher fan and i do like him but if i see Fisher as the only reason that we're a bad team i'll be the first to want him gone but i don't see him as the main problem right now. Melo needs players/help. KP has hit the wall and that puts Melo right back to being the only really good player on this team with a bunch of good/average/decent players to play with until KP gets back to being what we all know he's gonna be. Hopefully the all star break will help him with that.

do you think jeff van gundy would have waited till halftime to lay into his players?
do you think stan van gundy, the pistons coach would have waited till halftime to lay into his players?
do you think ANY coach would have done that...how about Popovich? how about Phil Jackson himself?

and by the way, you didn't really answer my question...

Do you have any proof of what Fisher said to them on the sidelines or are you just assuming???

melo still needs to step it up a bit. KP might still be dealing with the respiratory illness. Those can last a while if its bad and in basketball it really limits your energy

In Clyde's words, when you put yourself into a hole like that, it takes a lot of energy to make a comeback.

The real AA stepping up big time during this run. He's had his struggles but he's a nice player. 2nd or 3rd best scorer/best overall player on this team.

still, a comeback against a bad team like Detroit is possible.
