We had a decent look/shot but just couldn't get it to drop. Had way too many of these games this year.

They should have worked for a better shot and used some clock but the shot itself was not a bad one. It was in and out. It wasn't forced, is all.

He thinks he is the guy that should take that shot. He isn't but it wasn't a bad shot.
We looked like a different team with jose being aggressive driving and looking for his shot. I don't think he could sustain that consistently but it goes to show you what a pg like that can do for our team.

it wasn't but when was the last time you saw him dribble the ball that quickly and find space for a shot? i dont remember him doing this at any point this season. also if you are trying to score a quick basket, why wasn't the ball lobbed to KP in the paint

Even though i'm mad he missed i agree with you cause it was a good shot and he's made plenty of those.
Agreed that the shot was rushed. It was decent look and was in and out. It goes in and he's a hero.
That being said he is selfish and he is not the player they need

Kobe is an all time great player. Affalo is a journey man who wouldn't even start on a contender.
There's no way Kobe takes a shot like that with so much time left. Kobe loves taking buzzer beaters.
The very fact that Afflalo has the green light and tries to play like Kobe is what irks me. One dimensional and does not fit in it all with what we want to be doing longterm. We're far better off with 2 Jose type guards on the floor than Jose/Afflalo. Jose atleast can run screen/roll, pass and shoot. Afflalo is only useful if his shot is money, which it is once every 3rd or 4th game.
Wouldn't blame this on fisher.. They did compete hard I guess, other than going down 10 - 0, AGAIN. They just seem to malfunction at the end of games

He's made that same exact shot many times this year.
2 plays killed us down the stretch: 1) Gallo with that stupid ass foul when we were in the penalty when we cut it to 3 and 2) the offensive on Rolo on the clear out which goes on all game and is never called took 2 points away from the jose layup

Still it was good to see KP have a good game. He's been slumping but this was a solid game for him.

Respectfully disagree there. I've seen plenty of Kobe's career and he is notorious for taking bad shots and being selfish with the game on the line...
