- On nights when his shot is off and/or he's being overpowered by physical defences, do not play AA down the stretch. He has a shoot-first mentality and seems too old to change his ways.
- When matched up against ball-dominant PGs, don't play Jose in the fourth. That's damaging to our starting front-court and you may lack offensive options at the end.
- Whenever Melo misses a game deciding shot, next time around it is KP's turn. Melo certainly stays on the floor as a disguise.
With these easy adjustments we would be 0.500 right now.
- run the 2 man pick and roll with Melo and KP at least 10 times a night
Remove Jose from the starting 5 and FIND SWAY TO DEVELOP KO. he has the potential to be a great leader

Stop playing sasha, admunson and seraphin. Those are fckng reserves, there not rotational players, jesus christ...Why doesn't anybody see this. Look at stat sheet, you win more when they don't play meaningful minutes. Those are (5 minutes left in the game up by 20) players.

Comes in the game as some kind of suppose spark, he'll hit a couple shots, might make a decent pass, cut the lead down enough for the opposing team to call a time out, they leave him in the game, he'll give up some 3's, make a couple of bad passes, and brick his next 3 shots, you look up, the lead is right back where it was at when he entered the game.
Seraphin
Makes a couple good shots, a couple bad fouls, a couple bad passes, and he's back on the bench.
Mean while, Grant sits, AA gets cold and out of rhythm, KP and Lopez are both on the bench (which should never happen) Melo is playing more minutes than he should as the only scorer, Gallo and Lance get less touches.
Those 2 don't have NO CHEMISTRY WHATSOEVER with anyone on the team
