Just a sad situation with Delonte West all around, because one day you'll just hear the worst case scenario in the news.

We all joke and have fun about Lebron's Mom "Riding West", but at this point it's probably life or death. His Bipolar Disorder is truly out of control, unaddressed, and he's seemingly in the red money wise after banking multi millions...

Now he's seen walking wasted at Jack in the Boxes parking lot barefoot and crashing youth basketball gyms and drunk yelling at little kids.

This guy is in desperate need of a life saving intervention, and hopefully his family and friends can give him that.

Not everyone can be helped.

The dude is mentally il and he's rich. Can't really tell him anything. It's tragic cuz he needs medical help.

Rick Carlisle was asked about him on the radio the other day (Rome's show?). He said he loved coaching Delonte and that he was a fantastic basketball player and person. He spoke very highly of him and said he was saddened about what was being reported. Hopefully he gets some help.

The only thing I can see helping West is his family having him declared mentally incompetent so a judge can put his fortune in a trust until he gets the help he needs.
