I think they needed better preparation. Rambo has been able to refocus the team thru hard work in practice. He changed to more hard scrimmages and it's making a difference IMO.

I'm not ready to start giving Rambis any props for anything just yet. The guy are actually giving effort but we've seen them do this with Fisher and they were winning and then the Melo stepping on the refs foot happened and they just stopped all together. When the bench plays well we play well and it's really that simple. I'd like to see this effort consistently for a while before i start getting happy about anything i'm seeing.

The overall team concept looks much better defensively and less robotic with more cohesion on offense. That's due to coaching. Also, the rotations are much better.

The rotations look better cause the bench is producing. When you put guys in and they don't produce then the rotations don't look good. Every rotation that Fisher put in would of looked good if they produced when they went in. Like i said....when the bench players play well we play well. I'm not knocking Rambis but i think it's a little funny how all the sudden the bench plays a good half against the Magic and now Rambis is a good coach..LOL

Fish screwed up KOQ's confidence. Never gave him consistent minutes. Would put him in for 2 minutes and take him out for Seraphin. Would swap these guys for each other game to game. KOQ has found his confidence again under Rambo. Just one example.

I'm not gonna get into this cause it's really a stupid argument but KOQ in the beginning was getting plenty of time before he got pulled but later in the year when he was being consistently awful every time he came on the floor he then would pull him quick and it needed to be done but to try to blame Fisher is just ridiculous but i understand that you have a hate towards Fisher so you'll try to blame him anyway even though it's not true.
