Thank God it's finally official! I was beginning to worry that we wrote 20 pages for nothing lol

Yes. We deserve all the credit here! Uncle Phil finally got tired of looking at this thread and signed him! Nixluva gets most of the credit for keeping it going...and going...and going lmao

I really, really wanted to sign this kid. Can you tell?
He's still raw but he's also got the right ingredients for this team. We have been dying a slow death with slow guards that hesitate when they should be pushing the ball and attacking the rim. Wroten is also a better defender than any of the guards we have. I think he can be coached up to be even better than he's been so far. Especially with RoLo and KP behind him. He's QUICK and we need a big, long and quick defender out there on the perimeter. I hope we get a surprise and he's healthier right now than reported.

I am excited about him getting a chance. Also this is RonRon's guy. Ron doesn't seem to post here much anymore and I hope he resurfaces. I always enjoy his takes especially around the draft.
Finally he's officially signed. I was getting a little worried after page 17 that we were getting our hopes up for nothing but we now have a guard that can push the pace and get to the basket and i've seen him make some pretty slick passes as well. Hopefully he turns out to be what most of us are hoping for.

We need a break! If he can be developed it would be a nice boost to our talent pool. IMO just his raw abilities will make a difference. PUSHING that ball on a regular basis and getting more easy buckets is a big deal for this team. Not to mention that Wroten has good defensive potential as well.
