That was awesome. Thanks for posting it.
Thx. Just nice to have another player that WANTS to be in New York! For me that's a huge issue. He has all the fire and determination he needs to take on this challenge. You can imagine how he felt being discarded. Now he has a team that wanted him and he can just concentrate on learning and developing over the summer. I look forward to the idea of Jerian and Wroten out there with our athletic guys.
Download the Knicks app.... they post the same interviews the bear writers misquote andtakeout of context in the newspapers. It will save your life
I cannot believe this did not get to 25 pages. A travesty!
martin, please lock the other thread, or cut and post it in here.

So tell me more about these "bear writers," I'm intrigued.
Sounds like there is a chance Wroten might not be ready for the summer leagues.

we can always bring back the 30 wasted N'Dour pages.

I have no issue with the team being cautious in his rehab. Also, the Rosen article makes me think that the Knicks see him as a part of the future.

I took the tweet differently, as in, "yeah I wanna hoop soon"

I hope you are right. When I copied I thought the question asked of him would copy as well. He was asked if he was going to play in the summer leagues.

After making tweets and having to take them down, I think he's been cautioned not to get out in front of the Knicks brass. When they make an official call then he can speak in absolutes as he was early on before he was actually signed but the Knicks were clearly intent on signing him.
YESS! another Wroten post!!
Now this is the kind of picture I'm ECSTATIC to see. H2O with Wroten in the gym is pretty nice.
i hope he comes back healthy and surprises everyone with great play. just not holding my breathe..

I'm actually not as concerned with his health as much as I am with his jumper. I think they'll be able to get him up to peak conditioning. The Knicks have taken it really slow with him. If he can get that jumper improved then we're talking about a totally different player. I'm very happy to see H2O working with him like this. It shows the seriousness with which the Knicks are approaching his development. I'm sure they know just how much potential Wroten has and getting him right both physically and skills wise is a priority.

you know what, I was never a Wroten fan, too many flaws in game, not enough fundamentals, didn't have the foundation of BBIQ that is palpable.
If he comes with the above attitude for his Knicks career and puts in the hard work, I can get on board.
I'm his biggest fan here. I feel about him the same way I felt when we got Lin. Lin was a beast in college so I knew he had it in him to play well at this level. Especially when he bust John Walls ass in summee league. Wroten dropped big numbers on chris Paul and a few others. I can't wait till he shows everyone how good he is. If his jumpshot improves then we are going to have a big time talent on our hands

If you're the biggest fan then i've got to be 1A. LOL. I'm glad that he's getting the help and nurturing he needs from the Knicks and you can tell they're taking it seriously. This Free Agent class isn't guaranteed to net us the guard we need. Taking a chance on a kid with talent but that needs development is a very smart thing for this team.
People have to remember how young he is and that he's been in some PUTRID situations in his young career. There is more structure here for developing his game. The system will give him a much more clear role and tighten up his game. It should help him to think the game more and understand how to impact the game better. He'll learn more control of when to explode and when to run the offense. He was playing in Philly with very little skilled talent. He will have much better support here on the court. Meanwhile the young and athletic players will benefit from playing with him, since he can push the ball and give this team WAY MORE fast break opportunities than we've had.
