You wish he could do that a majority of the times he shoots.

Seems like when he's under control his shot is pretty solid but earlier in the year he was rushing his shot and fading side to side.

Vujacic shooting 55% the past 5 games . . .

Yeah right and the Pelicans starters are 4 bench players and J.Holliday so we should be up by at least 20 on these guys but nooooooo.

Holy Smokes Batman! Did you see that KP block?

Starting front court + D-Will 15-23 for 35 points
Afflalo/Calderon/Galloway/Grant/Sasha 6-17 for 19 points
5-15 from 3 point land.

I know we've got 54 points on the board, but even on a game like this, I see us make so many mistakes and how much better this team would be with some better perimeter shot makers and guards. Virtually every game now I see this. Nice for the offseason if we can boost our perimeter play and go into next season with more balanced talent.

Most won't agree but I think Jose is our best guard. He knows how to pass, where to direct the offense and shoots the ball from outside well. I often see us play our best offense when he is on the floor. Gotta find more players of starting caliber at SF, SG and PG. Guys that can hit open shots, a little more athletic, make better decisions with the ball.

You know . . . I've just realized that I've come to really dislike Jerian Grant.

It's just a gut feeling.

I was pretty interested in him at the start of the season . . . but now I'm
getting a heavy not-good-now-and-ain't-never-going-to-be-good vibe from
watching him.

He's a good pick and roll or push the ball type of point guard. Not a great fit in system basketball. He'll do well with this team as he gets more experience as a backup guard. Can come in at 1 or 2, due to his size. You can't have missed the 2 wide open dunks he got for Lopez. Both times were in pick and roll situations. In college, I didn't watch him, but I'd bet money he was in an offense where there was plenty of pick and roll and he was allowed to hold on to the ball for long parts of the possession. Something he's not going to do. He won't likely be a starter for this team with the way he likes to play, but I compare him to a bit like Patrick Beverly. Quality bench player in the making, in a year or two.

game is worthless, but us die hards will still watch (a quarter or 2 for me)

Phil better higher a real coach

Okay -- let's say it's nothing personal.

But I just cringe when he's out there in the Triangle . . .
