Wow. Game 5 should be interesting. Oracle is a tough arena but OKC has been amazing.
NumberTwoPencil @ 5/24/2016 11:38 PM
What did GS think would happen when they played OKC? If they had won that home game that they gave away, just kind shrugged off at the time, losing these last two in OK wouldn't be so bad but, whoa, I'd say GS is out. If they play the way they've been playing, it's over in 5. Maybe Bogut's hurting, maybe Green's a head case, maybe Curry's still hurting but OKC has clobbered GS like no one else has in the last two years. They haven't even really put up a fight. Kerr's fault? I don't buy the argument that they were worn out by the regular season. It's not just that GS doesn't look focused, they haven't even really tried to make the changes necessary to stand a chance against OKC. This is different from SAS losing to OKC . . . maybe a locker room meltdown? Maybe just an unprepared Kerr? What's going on here? OKC is good, really good, certainly capable of beating GS but GS has largely beat themselves, at least compared to the GS team of the regular season.

they need to change something up. And, curry does not look right at all.

ChuckBuck @ 5/24/2016 11:40 PM
The way Draymond Green's playing, you'd think he's the one that got kicked in the nuts.

westbrook is killing them and the toughest player in the playoffs. And he has freakin durant.

NumberTwoPencil @ 5/24/2016 11:41 PM
" . . . curry does not look right at all." His shot doesn't look awful but his feet seem very slow/limited . . . something like that. In the past, he's played hurt and done okay, made the changes necessary to deal with being a bit slow but, yup, he doesn't look right for whatever reason.
NumberTwoPencil @ 5/24/2016 11:41 PM
Yeah, some of it is Westbrook but not all of it.
Uptown @ 5/24/2016 11:45 PM
When is it okay to say the 2 time mvp is choking? If Lebron was shooting 6 for 20 and throwing the ball all over the arena, at the same time his counterpart is dominating him with all time playoff numbers, the media world would be calling James 'Lechoke'

Westbrook is playing out of his mind...Durant is proving that he is the best pure scorer in the game. They are beating GS in every category. Offense, defense, hustle points, energy, confidence...its a total *ss kicking....

I don't think Curry is 100% but he is playing like crap. The whole team thinks they got some magic button they are gonna push and win. If they don't match OKC's intensity then it's good night Irene.

Kemet @ 5/25/2016 12:54 AM
OKC Thunder gave GS their 2nd embarrassment LOSS
Game 3 .. 133 -105
Game 4 .. 118 - 94
I wonder what made OKC Thunders so aggressive on Warriors ..
The KICK?
The flagrant 1?
Or the non-ejection n non-suspension?
Or all of the above?
smackeddog @ 5/25/2016 12:55 AM
Wow, hope thunder can pull off the upset- warriors have annoyed me this season. Hopefully it will put to bed the obsession that only a team playing like them can win.

Westbrook is why I would trade for Kyrie if he was available. If you can get young talent, get them and then put a supporting cast around them to help them mature properly.

They are two different players with Westbrook being a better defensive player, passer, and rebounder but I think Irving has another level he will get to.

Uh, what does Westbrook and Kyrie have to do with one another?

One's a ball dominant undersized shoot first shoot second 2 guard and one's a triple double machine probably the best player left in the playoffs.

Because Westbrook was described as a undersized ball dominant shoot first, shoot second 2 guard when he was 24 and most of last season before he went nuts to close they year.

I don't think Kyrie's averaged more than 6 assists a game with or without Lebron in his career. Westbrook's career average is 8 and he averaged 10 this year alone. On top of all that, Kyrie would literally break into a million pieces if you sneezed on him. He's fragile like that.

Let's not invite anymore ball stoppers to NY. PLEASE.

Kemet @ 5/25/2016 10:23 AM
Whoever said Westbrook has been the number-1 best all-around PG in the NBA for the past 6 seasons were mentioning "True-Facts" .. Last night in Game 4 of the WCF .. PG-Westbrook put on another "Oscar Roberson" performance .. 36 pts, 11 rb, 11 ast, 4 stl, 6 TO in 41 minute of playingtime .. Thas Right! Westbrook had a Tripple-Double for a 118 - 94 WIN over ex-champ GS Warriors .. A 24 pt lead WIN!

Last year Lebron made tier-2 talent Kyrie and Love sit on the bench and watch the rest of the Cavs teams go to the FINALS ...there was no way the Cavs wouldve beat the Chicago Bulls last season in the postseason with Kyrie n Love on the court .. Derek Rose and Gasol wouldve had winning parties after each game.

You have to have some kind of ball dominance if youre going to be a good player. 1-2 assists with high usage--no.
