Rambis is not the problem.....but he's also not the answer.
As Phil improves the roster, Rambis will take all the credit.
Its like Phil is trying to prove my theory that coaches are overrated.
Roster talent is a higher priority. It can make an average coach look like a HOF coach.
I'm really really hoping we keep L.Thomas and wouldn't mind D.Williams coming back either. I've pretty much lost all faith in Gallo so don't care either way about him and i actually think Seraphin is a better player than what he showed for us this year so i wouldn't mind him coming back. Please keep Lance please
