No other point guard on the free agent scene is flat out better than Wroten or Jerian.
We could trade Rolo for a pg probably, but ruin chemistry from last season.
The Phil Jackson answer would be to wait and see. Let the right move happen organically. We need more talent on the roster in general. We will get it. Just gotta be cool
Adding one more legit player to Melo, KP and Rolo will make other legit players wanna come play with the Knicks. We're one more piece away from being the old Knicks that players actually wanted to come play for. Now i'm sure there's some youngsters on here that haven't been around long enough to remember those days but it's true that we were one time a destination that other players wanted to come to. Ohhhh the memories.
When was this?
LOL this is comedy. Knicks were a destination for free agents to come, since when? And don't bring up Allan Houston and Chris Childs.
In the 90's we had plenty of years that free agents wanted to play in New York. I'm not sitting here trying to say that every free agent with a name wanted to play in New York for the Knicks but there were plenty of free agents that did and plenty that would of played in New York but went to other places because of money or fit or whatever else.
I can't remember how every player came to the Knicks if it was in free agency or if they were traded here but we've had a lot of players that came here and loved playing here.
A.Houston

D.Mutombo
X.McDaniel

Vin Baker
A.Hardaway

I can keep throwing names out there and before you laugh at some of these names because they never did anything for us they were all name players when they came to new york. It was always talked about back then about how playing in the garden is the best place to play and how we're the mecca of basketball but maybe you guys have so much hate towards the Knicks that you just don't wanna remember those days.

90% of those names are from trades (87.5% to be exact). You know you don't get a choice as a player to where you want to go when you get traded, right? You want to get paid, you report to the other team and pass the physical. Unless you have a NTC...
