This is Captain Obvious level stuff. Hornacek is the major impetus for these moves.

Phil is not gonna make any move that he also doesn't agree with.

I keep seeing this posted by you and others. Seems plausible but I'm wondering if it's been explicitly reported anywhere or if it's just an assumption. Any media sources, quotes from the organization mentioning this specifically?

Jackson has been a major dissapointment to me. A lazy windbag without a sane vision. Wish he would exit to LA and a young GM like Marks was in place with Hornachek

Ridiculous. I am sure he is listening to Hornachecks input or his opinion but no doubt Phil makes the final decision. Phil doesn't need the money and if anyone ordered him to do something , Phil would walk away. Again Phil loves the Knicks and wants to fix this mess. Part of Phils legacy is on the line and Phil is going to do what Phil wants to do.

I agree with this, although I think he's involving JH in decisions as a partnership, which is totally appropriate.
