He's been saying from the very beginning that this decision would be based solely on basketball and winning. If what he is saying is true then the only choice for him is the warriors.
Very possible, it would make Iggy available.
His "brand" takes a big hit if he latches on to a team like GS...less so if he was to go to SA.
I think it's worse than James teaming up with Bosh and Wade in Miami, because James was not going to an elite team before he went to S. Beach.
Will be surprised if Durant goes to GS, but who knows these days.
He wants to win, he should go to GS. People also said the same about LeBrons legacy when he went to the Heat.

Which was still questionable until about 3 weeks ago, where he won the title having gone back to Cleveland.
Pop quiz:
How's the only way to look like a hero going back to your home team on a one year deal?

That's the point. Easier to focus on legacy once the pressure of winning your first chip is off your shoulders.
the irony is that okc had gsw beat if durant didn't basically choke in games 6 and 7.
Honestly, as great as KD is GS doesn't need more Steph Curry types, they need more Draymond Greens. They need some more dogs on their team. To me, it seemed like when Cleveland had nothing to lose and turned the series into more of a street fight instead of a Harlem Globetrotter exhibition, GS didn't get it done. Plus KD means Barnes, Iggy and Bogut (probably gone anyway) gotta go.
Their stockpile of talent will be impressive, but does it fit? And who is going to be OK having their role on offense drastically reduced? Klay? Draymond? KD? Since Curry has the ball in his balls I guess he doesn't have to worry.
the warriors need help/scoring at the center spot.

Yeah, or just another consistent low post option period.
GS had more Draymond Greens. Maurice Speights is a bulldog warrior. Surprised he wasn't played more.

I really thought they would go after Pau and Noah
People keep saying KD should sign a one year deal with OKC and see what happens with Westbrook next season. But I'm also hearing KD doesn't want to go through this process again, so picking his long term destination now makes more sense. GSW may get it done!

HAHAHHAHA Speights sucks all their big men sucks...They cant catch or score in the paint horrible....the link of the team. Durants #1 he was looking for is to have fun and Win. GS is the team he neeeds
Hearing KD to Boston... gaining traction now. Still think he stays in OKC
I'm thinking it's not GSW, as JSmoove just resigned in LA.
