Ray Allen wants to return!
People were joking about this a few days ago, but now there are reports!!!
Yeah i just saw this but saw the usual teams on his list of Warriors, Cavs, Clips or Spurs.
It's just too much especailly if he goes to the Warriors which with the timing of this you gotta think that that's the real team he's wanting to go to unless this is Lebron calling him doing his best to match what the Warriors are doing.
I think the Spurs can beat the Warriors and I like what they did. They had trouble with Tim Duncan last year--who played well at times yet inconsistent and simply lost it going into the playoffs. They are replacing him with Pau Gasol--that is a huge huge get. There is no doubt in my mind that Gasol Aldridge Leonard is the best frontline in basketball and its really not close. Then they have been great over the last few years reshaping their backcourt. One of the absolute quietest steals this year was the Spurs drafting Murray #29 and then grabbing Forbes UDFA--theyve added Andersen in the last 3 years. They have serious length and skill in that backcourt and their surrounding those players with shooters Mills Forbes GReen. They are a smart team. Again quietly Tim Duncan is likely and they are still a top 3 team. When we lost Patrick Ewing we went into a downward spiral that has lasted 15+ years.

Getting Murray at 29 wasn't a steal it was luck for him falling that far and every draft expert was raving about how the Spurs fall into a good player at the end of the 1st round again. Their problem last year was their back court cause D.Green was awful with his shooting and T.Parker isn't T.Parker anymore. I do like Forbes and was wanting Phil to get a 2nd round pick to draft him and then hoping he'd get him in free agency but for some reason we all keep saying we think we need more back court shooting but it seems like Phil/Mill/Hornacek don't seem to agree with that or that's what it seems cause they're passing on some guys like Curry and Forbes and others that can shoot and could of been had on the cheap.
hope Tim Duncan comes back. He's awesome. Could beast in the regular season again.
He'd be perfect. So would Dirk. They probably wouldn't play until March and then would probably play key minutes in the playoffs. Both moves make complete sense to me. They are a great jumpshooting team. Why not just embrace the shit out of it?
