#1 can be used in several ways. Offer #1 and Rose for Westbrook to ensure a top four spot. After getting rejected, tell the European scouts to look far and wide for a draft and stash if the pick is beyond twenty. My guess is Knicks will be drafting around 18th given my expected win total

Yes it's easy to point out the exceptions. If you do a percentage analysis of the ones that pan out and the ones that don't, it would be a more complete picture and a much better framework for decision making.
