I like what Horny is doing. He's experimenting and being creative in preseason. Baker playing with 1st unit in 2nd quarter. Now Willy plays with 1st unit to take a look. KP will be in.
Yeah. Both guys have looked good with the first unit. I think the Knicks have to keep at least one of Baker/Randle. I heard Sam Vecenie on a podcast talking about how he thought Baker was the better guy to keep over Randle as the 15th man because he is more versatile and can play multiple positions. He also said he would keep Baker over Plumlee.
Kuz is in with the 1st unit now. Baker has grown on me too, but I would lean towards Randle only because he can run the point better and with the health risks of DRose and BJ, you need a 3rd, more natural PG on the roster. Hoping we keep both, tho.
WE'd have to drop Kuzminskis, Plumlee or NDour to keep both Baker and Randle and i'm not sure that will happen. I actually think we don't need N'Dour even though i like his length and defensive intensity. Any way we go we're gonna have to cut a couple of guys we don't want to cut.
I think Lou is the guy that would get cut. Or O'Quinn is moved for a pick/ unguaranteed deal.

I think Holiday is a keeper.
Kuz, Ndour and Willy leading the charge in the 4th quarter come back!

They aren't gonna get rid of Holiday to keep N'Dour. They might get rid of one of them to keep Baker and Randle.

It's understandable that the Knicks will look shaky at times. New team, Noah just got back and we still are missing 🌹 They should get better with time.
Anyone that knows basketball should go into our season knowing that it's gonna take time for this team to come together. There's gonna be times where we look bad out there especially against good teams that have been together for a while and it will just take time.
Holiday having his best game as a Knick. He will def have an impact with the 2nd unit this year!
Holidaaaaaaaaaay! Celebraaaaaaaate!

We could just drop Sasha.
We could but he is Phil's guy but if he's really giving this team to Hornacek and Hornacek wants another player over him then maybe Phil will listen but i'll say again what i say a lot on here which is i think a lot of people underestimate what Sasha brings to this team.

Lou isn't even in the picture to make this team so he has nothing to do with the other names mentioned.
Sasha!!! Great play by Baker
Sasha Sasha Sasha impressing me! Getting back on D, hustling, getting steals and making big shots...
BTW, who remembers a Knicks team being so deep in the preseason?!? There's a TON of TALENT on this roster.

How many cuts do we have to make? I think Tokoto and Lou are definite cuts. Do we need another one to make 15?

54 win team didn't look this good. I remember the guy that started at small forward?dragging his leg after knee surgery in the preseason game in 'cuse. I think he was fine at the start of the season but ended up not finishing the year with the Knicks.

Yeah that team had a lot of really old veterans at the end of their career but I don't think it had the blend of talented players young and in their prime as this team.

If Lou is cut it opens a roster spot. The Knicks would have to choose between Randle and Baker.
