He has look better, but im almost certain it's because of the pace

He pushes the tempo, that credit I've given him. Minutes higher than preference, but not too many. He plays good in limited action. Folks seem to be wanting him nearly in starter minutes, and that's a grave mistake.

Guys were talking about waiving him because he sucks. That's far from the scope of reality. Sasha is a rotation guy....

As far as pace..... who's dictating that pace?

He looked good last night. Many passes that were hockey assists. Baker looked good too. Let's not forget that Celts were not playing their starters when we hand out these awards, though.

But Sasha played this well the game prior to this one. Basically playing the same way. Credit is due to the guy.

Sasha played great and looks great on both sides of the ball. He's also 6'7 better suiting him for 3 guard sets as Rose/Jennings/Randle/Baker are all very small players. Sasha is a very good fit for the 4th guard. Randle and Baker have both looked good and we should develop these guys. I am high on both of them, but for the role we are talking about no doubt Sasha is the best fit.

Yep. Vujacic is the only Triangle-versatile guard that the Knicks got . . .

I like Sasha being on the team. he provides things that team wanting to win some games need. I do think he's a limited action player though. The pace imo is dictated by the coach, he wants them to look for quicker easier scores.

Sorry guys, as good as Sasha's game was, I don't think he distanced himself ahead of Baker for me. I'm of the impression that Baker and Sasha are playing for the same spot. I'm not losing Baker's rights to keep Sasha. Still open to other suggestions if you want to keep both, but that can be in the Holiday vs Sasha thread.

Baker FTW.
