Thats a good point, but at this point in his tenure, the fact that you had the right personnel to get those rings, and to submit to the system has to play a role in his decision making to continue with it. He will be question in some many ways until he comes to grips with the obvious.
A lot of people feel strong about something that everyone around them will 2nd guess, and most times you eventually realize, WTF am i doing, this is really ridiculous. We have all had that moment in life, weather it's a Job, a chick, a purchase, a project, If everything surrounding it ain't right, it won't work..Except the fact.
