Just had to do it.
It's gonna take time but Rose had a very encouraging game and something to build on. Especially considering this is just his second game after pretty much missing the entire pre-season.
So happy to see another guy to take to pressure of Melo down the stretch..Man this could be a year...Please stay healthy Rose and Noah!!!

Noah is the real difference maker, the guy would of had a triple double if he stayed on the court

Noah had a nice game as well..It's going to take some time for both he and Rose to get back in game shape..But it's great to see solid team contribution from everyone..
Rose was good , but he needs to pass more to be great

i wasnt being condescending, i think you made good points. Anyway im glad we won the home opener and a lot of positives. Rose had a good 2nd half, courtney lee and noah were great. Melo and KP made big shots
I just think it's refreshing to have a point guard who can get in the paint and do something with it versus Calderon who would be under the basket by himself and would just dribble back out to the perimeter.
Just based on the WOW factor - Rose is certainly going to make this team more fun to watch - don't think we were going to see that crossover from Calderon.
There are only a few guys who can get to the rim like Rose does in this league. Just like a great shooter creates space so does Rose because you simply cant stay in front of him. In a team concept a great weapon to have. Time will tell how it translates but these guys who only look at his advanced stats from last year are missing what this guy can do on the court.

Not sure - I only got league pass once I moved out of the NY market.
Still no league pass, just can't justify the cost right now.
But I think the Detroit game will be on local TVover here, looking forward to that.

I do the online only version - if you only pick one team it's $108 - four monthly payments of $27. I justified that because I would easily drop $30 at a bar several times a year to catch the team and then watch crappy streams the rest of the time. All the games are archived, too, so you can re-watch if you miss one. Not trying to oversell it - but I think it's a pretty decent option.
I have researched the ballstreams alternatives a little bit but I am not ready to sign up. I don't know if anyone here has used Hehestreams or Rebornh4dlive. In my situation I am looking for a back up for when the Knicks are blacked out on msg because of sabres games. Also, I don't pay for msg in hd. Ballstreams allowed me to watch Knick games in hd. League pass isn't an option because of my location. I will probably just stream games when msg is blacked out.
