But he has provided us with a needed scoring option. Jennings has been brutal. We don't need him pulling up for 3s. We don't need him looking to create his own offense. We need him to create easy baskets for his teammates. His points should only come off of wide open jumpers and layups from his penitration or fast break. Getting guts like Lee, KP, KOQ, Noah, Holiday easy buckets is his role and skill set.
Wonder how long the leash is on Lance before JH looks to Kuz?
Lance is getting burn because of his defense..That's why KP was on the bench until the 3 minute mark in the 4th..Kuz may not get burn for a while as he D isn't up to par...
Lance's defense was not good though - Harris had 25pts. Lance straight up fell down and bumbled the ball out of bounds several times. He looks really rusty. Hopefully he can shake it off with some reps. I remember last November he looked pretty rough and by December we all really liked him.
We were behind, and Jeff benched our best scoring option that night for a rusty player. Im all for giving LT playing time to shake the rust off, but not during crunch time.
Yeah, KP should've come back in with like 7 minutes to go or even sooner than that. He didn't come back in til there were three minutes to go and the game was pretty much decided.

Game 3 and you've got it all figured out. Can't give the team more time to get it together I suppose we should just give up on the season. 💩 Post!!!

as you can see, rose's usage was an unacceptable 29.7 while his assist rate was a paltry 13.2 for a usage-to-assist ratio of 2.25 to 1-----> that is a number for a selfish player who either undermines an offense, or in this case, destroys whatever possible cohesive offense the team hopes to achieve: these are "anti-gelling" numbers.
and melo reverted to his selfish ways last night, almost like he has caught an illness: 30.4 to 5.7 for an absurd 5.33 to 1, which is the sort of ratio that he had in the 54-win season that i deemed a fool's gold season, largely due to this level of selfishness, which happened to have been offset in large degree because of jason kidd's excellence.
we can live with this level of selfishness from melo, provided that rose subsumes his game and balances it towards the numbers in my signature. he can't be taking 17 shots a game and expect to help the team win games.
KP has been playing defense like a unicorn. Nonexistent!
